Each virtual consultation typically lasts around 15-20 minutes, giving you enough time to discuss your concerns and get tailored advice.
There is absolutely no charge for our virtual consultation service. If you decide later on to book an in-person appointment then charges may apply, e.g. a comprehensive hearing assessment is £60.
All you need is a device with a camera and microphone (such as a smartphone, tablet, or computer) and a stable internet connection.
Yes! If you're concerned about a family member’s hearing, you can book a consultation on their behalf or join the call with them.
If further action is needed, such as a hearing assessment, our Audiologist will guide you on the next steps and help you book an in-person appointment at your nearest clinic.
